🔵 Cancellation for Online Programs

There are no refunds for Online Programs.

If you are purchasing a Program or Private Mentoring and agreed to pay in installments, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. There are no refunds or early terminations for these services.

🔵 Guarantee Policy

Effective Date: June 1st, 2026

1. Clients Who Started On or After June 1, 2026.

For clients who begin their program on or after June 1, 2026 until 1st of April, the following guarantee applies:

A no-refund policy is in place.

However, we are committed to supporting you for up to 6 months from your program start date or until you reach your first €1,000 in sales, whichever comes first.

After this period, no further support or refunds will be available.

2. Clients Who Purchased Before June 1, 2026.

For clients who purchased their program before March 1, 2025, the original 90-day full refund guarantee remains in effect.

To qualify for the 90-day refund, clients must have attended at least six modules from the program within the first 90 days of their program start date.
